*I recommend signing up for the workshops 4-8 weeks before your due date

*Currently the workshops will be a one night, 4-5 hour class and will be held on a Monday, Tuesday or Wedensday night. The specific night will be based on the number of people who sign up and their preferences; My workshops consist of small groups of 4-6 couples, which offer more personal and interactive learning about hospital birth.
(I welcome single/teen moms and same sex couples who might not be comfortable in a large, traditional, childbirth class; Second time parents might appreciate a short, refresher-type class like my workshops, as well).

*I teach the workshops at Milagro’s Boutique family meeting space in NE Portland, but I’m open to other locations convenient for participants.  I provide light refreshments and pride myself on offering a very comfortable, casual space for learning about childbirth.

*The cost is $90 per couple, $50 for a single participant and $150 for a private, in-home workshop

*Along with a written outline of the information that I cover in the class, you will also receive a New Parent Packet with lots of handouts, coupons for the best children's boutiques in town and resources for helpful websites, family friendly restaurants and pubs in the area and great activities for families to help you get out of the house with your new baby

*Drawing for a bag filled with baby goodies and the end of the workshop
